This is a "talk" page - the User_talk page for user Boris on this Wiki.
Every contents page has an associated talk page for discussions about the article. Access the talk page from the "Discussion" tab of the page.
Besides comments, talk pages are useful for messages and peer review. You can leave messages for users on their User_talk:username page. In some courses we use talk pages to collect peer review comments on projects.
