Interactome

This page is a placeholder, or under current development; it is here principally to establish the logical framework of the site. The material on this page is correct, but incomplete.

The interactome describes the entire set of interactions in a cell. Researcher often include the so called "genetic" interactions in this description; this is a very unfortunate nomenclature and the distinction between physical and genetic interactions is important.
